Adult Meditation & Relaxation Sessions
Temporarily postponed at venue - weekly Zoom sessions are available.
Adult relaxation sessions are a mix of mindfulness based activities, meditation and relaxation support - teachings are 45 minutes long - with optional 15 mins after for free tea/coffee/herbal tea and the opportunity to chat with like minded people. Sessions are £6 per week.
